Booking a DLT appointment

Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy is a more clinical, structured experience — built around your individual progress, not just a single session.

Initial assessment

Baseline measurements are taken and documented. We set clear clinical goals together so progress can be tracked at every visit.

MLD treatment

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is performed — gentle, rhythmic massage following lymphatic pathways. Optional therapeutic add-ons may be included.

Education & referral

Where relevant, we discuss wound care, skin integrity, and therapeutic exercise. Referrals to other practitioners can be arranged as needed.

Ongoing planning

We plan future appointments including compression garment fitting, multi-layer bandaging, or SIPC device ordering specific to your needs.

LTU-904 LLLT
Low-Level Laser Therapy

For scar healing, wound recovery, fibrotic tissue repair, lymphatic stimulation, and pain relief.

TEO (DOT)
Therapeutic Electrostatic Oscillation — a Deep Oscillating Therapy device

Supports improved circulation, oedema reduction, and relief of joint stiffness.

SIPC
Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression

Compression devices can be ordered and configured to your specific clinical requirements.

Is DLT right for you?

Because MLD under DLT is a very gentle technique, it is well suited to people living with fibromyalgia, lipoedema, lymphoedema, chronic swelling, and complex wound presentations.

Lipoedema Support Group

Lipoedema is a chronic, painful, loose connective tissue disorder, occurring almost exclusively in women. It is characterised by disregulated and disproportionate fat growth, most commonly found in the legs and arms, and less commonly in other areas of the body.

Lipoedema is usually exacerbated during times of hormonal change, and is resistant to conventional lifestyle modifications. It is incurable, but there are management strategies that can reduce symptoms, including conservative measures and in some cases, surgery.
