Every treatment at My Art & Soul begins with you  - your body, your story, and what ease looks like for you right now. Based in Warwick QLD,  I offer clinical and comfort-based bodywork with a special focus on lymphatic health.

Remedial Massage
Targeted, therapeutic massage to address pain, tension, and restricted movement. Each session is tailored to your body on the day, with the option to add hot jade stones and/or functional cupping for deeper release.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A gentle, rhythmic technique that supports your lymphatic system to clear congestion, reduce swelling, and calm the nervous system. Add-ons include wood and metal therapy, heated eye mask or cooling jade eye mask.

Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy
Specialised care for lymphoedema, lipoedema, and chronic swelling, using MLD and may include use of LLLT and can prescribe compression garments . As a certified DLT practitioner and member of the Australasian Lymphology Association, I work alongside your medical team to support your condition long-term.

Oncology Massage
Safe, gentle massage adapted for people at any stage of cancer treatment or recovery. Trained in oncology massage, I adjust every element of the session - pressure, positioning, and duration - around your treatment and how you are feeling.

Low Level Laser Therapy (LTU-904)
A gentle, non-invasive laser therapy used to support lymphoedema management, scar tissue, and soft tissue healing.

Hot Jade Stone Relaxation Massage
Warm Jade stones combined with flowing massage for deep, whole-body relaxation. This one is purely about letting go.

Palliative Comfort Care Massage
Gentle, nurturing touch for people living with life-limiting illness - in clinic or where care is being provided. Comfort, dignity, and presence are at the heart of these sessions.
